Hotel Venta de la Punta

I think a major problem is that you need to climb tiled steps to enter the hotel : there is no ramp and carrying big suitcases and my cats cages was hard; when I arrived, the owner helped me carry everything to the hallway but on my way out, I was alone to do it all. I think this should be remedied with the installation of a ramp. Disabled people would not be able to access the hallway without being carried. Also breakfast was not available on the premises because there was no staff for the Sunday service; this was not a major issue for me though as the lady indicated a bar down the street where I could get a typical Spanish breakfast : bread with tomato, olive oil and eggs which I enjoyed very much but I imagine it could be for some people

Poor lighting where we parked our motorcycles in the basement garage, corridor lighting didn't work outside our room. Towels had several holes in. Beds moved when sitting up against the headboard. Very poor sound insulation - the noisy child and parents next door were too easily heard. Bathroom was dated. Restaurant didn't open until 9pm which was too late for us.
