The bathroom was not very clean, on the first day there was a bubble gum stuck on the floor, a bit discussing, then it keep smelling like urine somehow.

The pluses are the nice restaurants around, the nice shop right next to the hotel and the relatively close train station.

To be improved

Poor hygiene. No easy directions to get to the parking lot. The elevator was often out of order. The bathroom had mold and mildew. The beds were not comfortable, especially the third extra bed.
