The hotel room does not correspond at all to its description and photos. In real life, the room looks more like a homeless shelter with a complete lack of soundproofing and with a folding bed instead of a bed. And so that you don’t refuse to stay after seeing such a horrible room with a folding bed in person, the hotel writes off your money immediately upon booking online in advance, and then naturally refuses to return your money or change your room when you check in and see this horror in person. I booked a single room and instead of a bed I had a folding bed in my room, which was impossible to sleep on because it creaked. When I asked to change my room to one with a normal bed or give me my money back, I was refused and the most the hotel could do was to put the folding bed aside and leave me just a mattress on the floor. Photos are attached. It's really awful when you pay for a nice room with a normal full bed in the photo, but in reality you get a homeless shelter with a creaky folding bed on which it is impossible to sleep and you can't do anything about it, because the hotel refuses to return the money or change the room. Also, the hotel has no soundproofing, which will make you stay up all night and listen to all the sounds around you. In my room, I could hear absolutely everything: how they came to the next room at 3 a.m., slammed the doors, talked, turned on the water, made various unpleasant sounds in the toilet, etc.

No fault at all to the hotel. The location was not what we had envisioned. My friend who lives in the area recommended the hotel and we really wanted to be in downtown Sevilla. We were a 60€ cab ride away. That was very disappointing. But again, no fault of the hotels.
