Bedroom very smart and clean. View only of back yard a shame. Comfortable. Reception staff ‘Greta’ helpful and pleasant; superb, a credit to the organisation.

To be improved

Wifi didn’t work properly - not sure why. On arrival day we had been up since 0500 am…..so had an early night at about 10.00pm….all good until people upstairs somewhere made an awful racket from about 11.15 pm, and clogs or heeled shoes made a terrible racket just walking about on the tiled or composite floors . They probably had no idea that their walking about itself was such a racket! Oh for slippers or soft shoes late at night, or perhaps a carpet floor.

The best

The location was perfectly situated to the Bus Depot of Santa Catalina and the Boardwalk on Canteras Beach. The Hotel breakfast is not worth the price as the cost is too much and coffee is teriible even the espresso, for an extra fee, was horrible. Down the street cafe's are way better and great prices!
