Central location close to the cathedral and other sights as well as places to eat. Nice view of the monuments from room window, including the top of the cathedral. (But the reality is that the room faces a busy road, which means the window and curtains need to be closed most of the time for privacy.)

To be improved

Lock on the room door wouldn’t open with the code given! (The lock started ‘talking’ in Spanish each time I put in the first half of the code and wouldn’t let me key in the rest of the code. Tried a few more times without success and then I was locked out. I overheard the guest next door had the same issue so it wasn’t just me.) Reception had to give me a magnetic keycard instead. Should have given all guests a keycard in the first place or fixed the door locks! Overall the room was very basic (eg no fridge) and the bathroom quite run down (mould on the floor) for a 3 stars hotel.
