The hotel is well-located close to the beach and main street, with good walking distance to public transport.
Despite some cons, most guests had a great stay and would recommend the hotel.
Breakfast variety was appreciated, but some dishes were noted as not fresh or lacking flavor.
Mixed feelings about amenities; while some were enjoyable, others like the restaurant were criticized for food quality.
Rooms were comfortable, but some reviews noted strange layouts and issues with soundproofing.
“Lovely hotel, poor bar standard - everything in plastic””
The hotel is located right in the centre, beautifully designed and full of character. The food is decent. The rooms are not very large, but sufficient. Cleaning and towel changes are done daily (although it would be good to clean out the rubbish and dust under the bed). The bathroom is spacious, with a great rainfall shower. There are no pool towels provided. The pool area is nice, with new sunbeds. The hotel would be perfect if the bar offered a better standard. The all-inclusive option includes 5 cocktails and beer. The cocktails are not made from fresh ingredients but come from a machine, with alcohol added afterwards. The taste is not great. All drinks are always served in plastic cups, regardless of whether you order them by the pool or at the lobby bar. Coffee is served in paper cups. You can pay extra for the Gold package, but it doesn’t really change anything - even though the selection of alcohol is wider, drinks are still served in plastic. An Aperol served in a plastic cup is something that should never happen! Not to mention the microplastics you ingest every time. Even the best coffee tastes terrible when served in a paper cup. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a much higher standard. It’s a shame, because overall the hotel is nice.
“Fine for the price, but not again”
Overall, a pretty average stay, but the check-in experience really let it down. We waited around 40 minutes initially, and when we finally reached the desk, the two staff members barely spoke to us. It wasn’t clear why things were taking so long, especially as everyone ahead of us seemed to be having the same issue. We arrived at 12:30 and were told our room would be ready from 2pm, which we already knew and were happy with. We stored our bags and decided not to pay the €28 early access fee. However, when we returned later, there was another long queue and we were told we had to join it again just to collect our key, despite already checking in earlier. Staff weren’t particularly helpful at this point, which made it more frustrating. The room itself was okay—nothing special, but spacious enough with good storage, a fridge, and a safe. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest; the black surfaces made marks on the toilet and shower very noticeable, and there were fingerprints on the door which I ended up cleaning myself. The bathroom door also didn’t shut properly. On the plus side, breakfast was really good with plenty of choice, and the pool area was clean and well-kept. Overall, it was fine for a cheaper stay, but not somewhere we’d choose to return to. Corridors were quite noisy at night, even though it was off-season, but that was somewhat expected.
“Hotel check in”
Hotels fine . Rooms ok . Breakfast is ok We found it clean as a couple ideal location Toilet is way too small in the room shower is massive strange why this wasn’t sorted in planning. It took us 3 hours and 40 minutes from getting our bags checked in to getting the keys for the room It took longer too get the room keys than actually fly from the UK to Ibiza get our bags jump in a taxi and it still takes less time than checking in We found staff and everyone ok TBH But checking in wow not a good experience at all Hope You get this sorted and it’s not even busy
“Great Experience at Vibra District”
We arrived Thursday evening for a three night vacation, and after some initial issues with our room (cleared up thanks to the great service of Andrea, and reasonable considering the seasonal reopening was less than a week ago) we enjoyed the all inclusive meals and drinks in the lovely pool area! Big shout out to Candy and Tömasz for contributing to a great experience behind the bar!
“Beware miss selling”
Booked hotel last minute because of a deal on a party room was £1400 on offer at £500. Arriving we booked into room only to find it was a tiny pokey dirty room. Went to complain got nowhere. We were told to call booking.com but AI bot told us to speak to hotel. The lady behind reception was unhelpful to say the least. Didn’t care at all. The room was the furthest away it could be 5 minute walk 3 flights of stairs door key wouldn’t work. Back and forth 4 times only to be told it wasn’t the card it was a flat battery in the lock 🤬 anyway 3 hours later around midnight we gave in arguing. We were told to put our grievance in a email which would be given to the manager. She never got it. The general manager in the morning was great but said she couldn’t authorise the party room 🤷🏼♂️. We did get a different room which was clean but tiny. The staff told us this con happens all the time surely they could stop it 🤷🏼♂️ anyway lost one night going to make the most of the next few
“5 days of cocktails!”
We have a very early morning flight and got taxis to the hotel, we could not check in until 2pm, staff were very friendly and let us out our luggage in the storage room, no problem we went out and found a bar and had cocktails, got in our rooms, nice and clean, fresh towels and clean bedding, the cleaning staff are so sweet they gave us extra pillows and duvets when asked and we even got some cute towel art! The breakfast was good with variety although hot offerings a little cold, security guys were fab, always waved when we came in or out, this is a hotel full of young clubbing guests so expect noise in the corridors, all in all we had a great stay and would come again
