The cleaning staff start working at 7:30 on weekend, even thought we put the no cleaning sign for both Saturday and Sunday, different people came three times each day while we were trying to sleep.

We got there, majority of the staff were rude and it felt like we were bothering them by asking simple favours. We asked for more toilet paper roll and the guy who looked like a knock off zac effron told us to go find the cleaners and get it off them. We didn’t even get a quilt just 1 sheet and a pull out bed. Our view was the carpark when it was advertised we had a pool balcony view. No fridge, the wardrobe smelt discussing. Someone projectile vomited outside our hotel room and it wasn’t cleaned the whole trip. Will not be coming back to this hotel as it was over 2k AUD. Only plus is the location of the hotel. Shout out Ibiza Dan he was funny tho
