Hotel Vibra San Remo

Just got back from a weeks stay , hotel was basic , staff were all so lovely nothing was a problem. Hotel was clean the rooms were nice we had room 103 over looking the car park and got the sun on afternoon. Beach was yards away. The pool was freezing. Views across the bay was lovely was a 10min taxi ride in to san antonio. Taxis were just outside the hotel and was reasonable price. The food was okay got bit boring after a week! All ways nice and hot. Will probs deffinatley come back.

Honest review incoming. Reception : we checked in at midnight so it was literally 5 minutes to check in. Staff were helpful and informative. Food: since we arrived late , dinner was still available and we didn’t like the options so we chose to eat out that night. Breakfast is decent and lunch and dinner options on the following days were also decent. Plenty of fruit and juice and snacks are available until late which helped when you need a quick pick me up. Bar : drinks were heavy and sweet, bar guys are nice and helpful. Enjoyed their service. Snacks bar: el bachir served us and he was excellent. Always smiling and always topping up the cheese sauce ! Entertainment : Nico and a blond girl ( I forget her name ) were always entertaining and upbeat and keeping the vibes up in the hotel. Location: literally next to the beach , shops next to it and have restaurants within walking distance. The worst thing I can say about it is try avoid going to the reception during the afternoon or check out times because you may have to wait a while for a simple enquiry since it’s a busy time for them and there could only be one or two staff members to cater to all the guests. Apart from that , fantastic value for money and will most defined return.

We just spent five days here - we would go back because of the location and how cheap it was. Pros: • Great location - it was on the beach and you could take your drinks down there which was nice (and more chilled than the pool). You could use the sister hotel as well which seemed a bit quieter • Breakfast was good • The staff were nice • Early check in was much appreciated - worth signing up as a Vibra member to make this more likely • Reasonable choice of drinks - like others mention, some of the premixed cocktails weren’t great • Sea view from the room was lovely Cons • Lunch and dinner could be improved - I’m a vegetarian and the main option other than chips or salad was deep fried vegetables. I never understand why hotels don’t just cook vegetable curries, beans etc • Whilst the staff were lovely, they could do with two members of staff on reception as massive queues built up during check in/check out • Despite going out of season and staying on the outskirts of San Antonio (rather than in the centre), the hotel still attracted loud groups. One group came in around 4am one night and disturbed the whole floor, and there was also a middle aged woman passed out on the beach from too much drink. We stay in all inclusive hotels a lot but for some reason this hotel had more of this. • The pool was very cold and the air conditioning in the room didn’t work.
