The room is quite older equipment.

The bed had a dent in the middle but we slept fine.

Breakfast offerings need to be better and made obvious - it was all a bit hit & miss.

The rooms are outdated, mouldy, and there was this damp smell that we couldn't get read of even when the window was open all day. The shower was very uncomfortable to use as the drain was blocked and the shower head was old and almost impossible to adjust in the right angle. There was no Kettle or coffee/tea in the room. The coffee at the restaurant is not the best. Bring your own body wash /shampoo. It's good for a night but I would not recommend for a long stay. The room we stayed in looked nothing like the photos available on booking.com.

If you like your hotels with a side of fat-shaming, this is the place for you. On check-in, the receptionist took one look at my passport and commented—unprompted—that I looked “a lot thinner” in the photo compared to now. I found this not only rude and offensive, but completely unnecessary. I’m still waiting for an apology from the hotel. The room itself was pleasant enough, but unfortunately let down by several issues: the shower didn’t drain properly, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and our keycard stopped working entirely. Worse still, all staff had left the premises by 5pm. When we reported the faulty key, we were told to retrieve a master key left behind the reception desk—this key could access every room in the hotel. That’s a serious security concern and a completely unacceptable approach to guest safety. A disappointing experience overall—poor service, unprofessional conduct, and serious lapses in security.
