“We could no rest there due to heat and noise.”

The best

We were worried about the location when we arrived as the hotel was attached to a ruined building and a weird bar not far with drug like people turning around. We found the room toilet small and the room size OK but no air conditioning, kettle or fridge. It was really hot despite a fan on the wall which was noisy. There was sun coming to the window all day with the view of another ruined building roof and noise coming from the street, people hanging around talking loud/shouting. We asked if the room met the requirements I asked for online and was told it couldn’t be changed for some reason. I thought it would be for the right reasons as I was told it would meet my requirements as asked online. We asked to be moved the third night after two sleepless nights but was told it was fully booked and it was not possible. So we had a third sleepless night. We slept on a double room on the second floor and paid £239/€275 for the three nights without breakfast. We had breakfast in nice coffees near by. The receptionists were nice and professional, Marta gave me the best advice regarding visits and where to eat.

To be improved

It did not have air conditioning, fridge(we had to throw food away due to this and the heat) a kettle, a bigger table where to store our things. It was tiny. The location, though it was in the middle it looked scary. It was noisy.

“Friendly and efficient staff and excellent restaurant part of same building. · Cons: In a noisy location with a bar nearby and a lorry unloading first thing, so we had to shut windows. With no aircon this made sleeping very difficult. Thought it pricey for a 1* hotel with no aircon.”

It was super clean, simple but sufficient and bed’s were comfortable!

To be improved

It was all good. For breakfast you don’t need to stay in. Better to get it somewhere else. But that doesn’t matter
