“The locations was great. Rooms were very nice. Food was good. · Cons: The pool was a bit dirty. Someone came and took some gunk out but then didn’t do any chlorine or anything and it came back. Our room had some ants.”

“A wonderful, relaxing hotel with fabulous sea views and amazing sunsets”

The best

We absolutely loved the rooftop terrace with bar, food and pool! The sea views are stunning and watching the sunset was glorious. We actually spent all 3 evenings here as it was clearly the best place to be. The ground level pool was also very relaxing and a lovely calm place to swim and relax, as well as enjoy poolside cocktails. Our room was very clean and spacious with a sofa area, balcony with deck chairs and lovely sea views. Great to have coffee/ tea and kettle provided. Loved the bathroom also. Breakfast was very good with a vast choice of sweet, savoury and fresh fruits provided, as well as eggs of your choosing. A 5 minute walk to a tiny, cute beach and the larger popular beach. And the little local fun “ train” stops 100m away to take you into the town if you want to explore further. A big thank you to the staff, Martina and Lia, and Santiago in particular for his friendliness and enthusiasm.

To be improved

We wanted the air conditioning to be a couple of degrees cooler a couple of times after returning from the heat outside, but as it is centrally controlled, could not change it ourselves. Other than that, all was perfect!

We had a great time, we loved absolutely everything about the hotel! Breakfast, staff, location, installations… incredible!

All was very positive! There was a minor issue with our room but it was fixed immediately and very efficiently!

I asked for tea and toast and you’d think I had asked for a 10 course meal. The tea and toast (I had food poisoning) was terrible and they charged me 13 euros. After spending 310 for one night I was stunned.

The air-conditioning is not sufficient for the rooms My personal preference would be a nice cool room when I arrive back to it after spending time in the sun

“Mixed Experience – Not Worth the Price”

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the staff were very friendly and polite, there seemed to be a lack of understanding when it comes to the concept of customer service — particularly the idea that "the customer is always right." Several key elements of our experience were missing, starting with the welcome drink on arrival, which was neither offered nor acknowledged. Throughout our stay, blue towels were not provided in our room as expected, again with no apology or explanation. These may seem like small issues, but they reflect a general lack of attention to guest expectations. The coffee was of poor quality, and breakfast was extremely limited — not well-stocked and lacking variety. Additionally, the food overall was overpriced and didn't live up to the quality you'd expect for the cost. While the stay had some enjoyable moments thanks to the pleasant staff, the overall experience did not justify the hefty price. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return and can’t recommend it based on value for money.
