“Perfect for a one night stay when travelling.”

The best

Location was good, a short walk to the centre of town. Breakfast buffet was adequate and reasonably priced at 5 Euros per person. Private Parking was directly outside the hotel main entrance. Room was basic but comfortable. The evening menu was set price 25 Euros so no option to have one course. Three bar restaurants nearby and many more a little bit further away over the river in the centre of town.

To be improved

Shower over the bath was in need of new nozzle.

Location close to historic centre of Almazan. Large car park.

To be improved

No staff on reception on arrival and on departure. Had to get someone out of the bar. We were looking forward to a restaurant dinner, but it was closed. Cafeteria only. Good value set menu, but a TV on either end of the room. Unfriendly staff. We’re expecting walk-in shower but it was a shower over the bath. Shower head was calcified and difficult to operate. Very grimy under the basin. Pillows very hard.

Dinner does not start until 21.00hrs. If you go out to eat, beware, the entrance doors are secured at 23.59hrs. No hot water for morning shower.

“Avoid this one”

Room was relatively spacious and clean.

Hotel was a long way from the center. First room we were assigned had been smoked in. Then we noticed ashtrays in the hallways, so it seems smoking on the premises is supported. Second room we could not get the AC to work, so went to front desk to ask for help. The main manager went up to room, all in a huff, and rudely gesticulated that we were stupid because ... if a window was open (we had opened it a bit), the AC would not turn on. Not sure how anyone was supposed to intuitively know this, but the manager's rudeness was beyond appalling. I would recommend against any stay here if you are a tourist.

I have a very restful night in a very comfortable bed Really nice hotel Staff helped as much as they possibly could

No tea or coffee in the room No vegan options waitress didn't understand vegan, and I had to return a rice dish with prawns and egg in but happily ate fresh salad and fresh chips
