You will not find more friendly staff , so helpful with explaining where to go in our short time in Madrid . Highly recommend the lentil soup fantastic , will be back

“Severe Injury Due to Unsafe Facilities and Zero Accountability”
The best

​I stayed at Hotel Villa de Barajas a year ago. Unfortunately, I was injured when the shower door in my bathroom fell off its railings and landed on my foot. This painful accident required a hospital visit and forced me to cancel my flights, leading to unexpected expenses. ​At the time, hotel management assured me they would reimburse these additional costs. However, after a full year of repeated communication, they have completely refused to take responsibility. The poorly maintained or improperly installed door was a clear health and safety hazard, and I'm left with a lasting scar. ​It is extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable that the hotel’s management has shown such a lack of accountability for guest safety. I strongly caution others against staying here.

The hotel is ideally located one metro stop from the airport. It is easy to find, and the room matches the description on the website. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

The ability to purchase a bottle of cold water at reception is missing.

The location was nearvacmetro stop so it was easy tonget from the airport. There are several small restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Staff were helpful in organizing a taxi tonairport early in the morning as well as a to go breakfast.

To be improved

I stayed twice at the hotel, the second time was a single room and it was very small. There were no facilities in the hotel except an elevator and a small place to sit. The furniture needs to be updated.
