This hotel should not be advertised as it’s not finished being built things we paid for we’re not open we really have been sold a holiday that was not ready for guests

The best

Location was great. Fabulous breakfast great choice. Good air-conditioning. Great sun loungers.

To be improved

This hotel was only open 5 day's when I arrived and work was still going on. The biggest let down was the large pool which is badly needed in mid July wasn't open. Too many people crammed into a kids pool isn't acceptable. That was disappointing however that was my only issue.

The best

Staff were very friendly and helpful, food amazing, loved the juice bar at breakfast. The room was lovely, bed very comfy. Swimming pools amazing, sunbeds superb.

To be improved

The hotel had only opened the day before our stay, so directional signage for lifts missing but I realise this will be rectified. 1of the 3 pools not open but was due to in a matter of days.
