“Good cheap option but don't expect any luxuries”

Breakfast poor as buffet style and nearly all gone by the time we got there at 07.30. Room smelt of smoke and generally hotel not particularly clean

The rooms were generally clean and the bed was very comfortable.

To be improved

There was no desk or chair in the room. Shower gel and shampoo was provided in sachets - no other toiletries were provided. The front desk was unmanned from 2000...and was supposed to be manned from 0800, however nobody had appeared by the time we left at 0900. Similarly, the 'restaurant' area should have been manned from 0800, and again nobody had appeared by 0840. Breakfast was really disappointing - the selection of cereals/bread/fruit was poor and due to the lack of staff, a number of items ran out before all guests had eaten! There was no hot food.

“The property was good value for money with nice staff and pleasant rooms. · Cons: If I were to stay again however, I would ask to be put in a room not next to other guests, if possible. The walls are very thin and the gentleman next door was very inappropriate... There were no staff overnight at the hotel but a number I should have called (but didn't know about) for complaints”

“Served our purpose for a 1 night stay and cheap”

They are renovating so the rooms are clean and new.

To be improved

The location is not the best. it is on a busy road next to a Lidl and McDonalds and other fast food chains so not in the nicest part of town. On arrival you can be a bit disappointed as it doesn't look that great, but as I say above once inside the rooms are a pleasant surprise.
