Hotel Vilobí

Very unhelpfull receptionist. I was there to leave a key for someone to pick up at reception . I parked my car at the indicated parking space. At the moment of dropping the key at reception I was told that they don't receive keys from anybody. After explaining my situation he said : only for clients of the hotel . I'm not a client but my friend has a contract with the parking / hotel . Finally I was told that I could leave the key ; he put it in a box filled with about 10 carkeys !!! Come on , being helpfull is free , you should know that .

where to start…the room was very basic but clean mine had a disability wet room which was odd…there are vending machines which are expensive…staff are not very friendly…but the NOISE was absolutely beyond a joke…what with the planes taking off and suitcases clanging against the tiled floors/stairs all night…and at least two people tried my door handle in the middle of the night…just slightly better than staying in the airport terminal all night…

Would've been fine had the hotel not cancelled my reservation 4 hours before I arrived, with the only solution being to pay the 30% higher walk-up rate on arrival for the "last room available". Total indifference from the receptolion staff and no pushback from Expedia to resolve the issue, so they'll continue to do this to avoid splitting comisson with online booking agencies. Book at your own risk.

This is a great hotel for a stay at Girona Airport. It's no frills, but clean and great value. 80 euro for 2 for the night. Friendly staff. Air con in the rooms. Free wifi. We didn't get to check out the restaurant as it was closed when we got there. Great value stay. Walkable distance from the airport.

Simpel, schoon hotel bij vliegveld op loopafstand van de terminal. Ruime 2 persoonskamer. Goede bedden. Bar/restaurant aanwezig. OV ook op loopafstand. Vriendelijk personeel.
