“Day time bliss but night time disturbances.”
The best

While staff are really friendly and professional the hotel appears to attract uncivilised guests - all night noises, fighting, prank calling to your room at 2:45am. In the day it’s perfect but after 9pm… brace yourself (and kids) for no sleep. I’m checking out today, highly unlikely I’ll ever come back.

Very helpful staff.

To be improved

Our room was in the annex. Although the room was beautiful, there was no lift and we had to carry two very heavy suitcases down. They did help us carrying them up. Also I had booked this accommodation so that I had a private parking space. This was available but I had to pay for it, for the one night we stayed. Parking on the streets was impossible.

“The pool area is nice and the staff is very friendly. The room was very clean. · Cons: Our triple room was basically a double room with one additional bed. We had almost no space for our suitcase and to move around. Also, there's only one small elevator for the entire hotel. Waiting for it was very annoying.”

“We stayed at this hotel for 1 night as it is close to the airport and we had a very early morning flight home. We had no trouble finding street parking right across the street. It was a fairly short walk to restaurants and the main beach street. · Cons: The room is very small. I did not love the immediate area. They charge for pool towels. It was fairly quiet on the night we were there but going by the signs posted forbidding balcony hopping, etc, I would imagine that this hotel may get a littler wild at times. I thought it was a lot of money for what you get, but maybe that was because we stayed on a Saturday night.”
