The best

This hotel is outstanding. It really made our holiday having such fantastic accommodation and in particular the hospitality and friendliness of every member of staff. It was extremely clean and enjoyable to stay there and the facilities we used were great.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for location, comfort, cleanliness,aesthetics and the most welcoming, helpful reception staff. Can’t imagine any other hotel in Malaga that encompasses all the features of a great hotel as good as Well and Come does!

To be improved

A minor complaint as others have noted space/ beds at the pool are limited but not sure anything can be done about it. Maybe some residents should not place towels on beds and then leave the pool area to return later?

The best

The hotel is simply stunning in every way, perfect location and the rooftop pool and bar was amazing.

To be improved

My only complaint and its nothing major at all but for the 3 days we was there could not achieve a hot coffee it was warm at best. I never raised it as it wasn't a massive deal I just like a hot coffee in a morning. Breakfast in general though had lots of options, toast, cereal, pastries, cold meats, fry up, pancakes, fruit and lots of cakes

“Great location, very clean and comfortable, decor was calming and the hotel had a beautiful scent”
The best

The location was excellent, 5 minute walk to many bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. 10-15 minute walk to the Marina. The room was magnificent, very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. The decor was cool and calming - just what we needed. The pool facilities were excellent, the only negative comment is that there were limited sunbeds available. The staff were excellent. Very friendly, smiley and accommodating. Poolside drinks were very good. Breakfast was average quality but well presented and the staff were helpful. For adults this hotel was wonderful but I don't think it would be suitable for small children. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we come to Malaga.
