Anais’ exceptional service, going out of the way for customer is what defines hospitality. And I feel like she knows the drill so well. She made my stay a memorable one , decorated my room soooo beautifully. I am truly overwhelmed

No fridge and the food not that great...abundant but not so great in diversity and taste. Bathroom need to be restored

For example coffee table in the room was old and dirty, there were no power sockets in the room and I had to charge my phone in toilet. The ventilator in ceiling was about to fall off.”

“Great stay”
The best

The hotel is in a great location—just a short walk to the beach and the main bus station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including KFC, Burger King, and McDonald’s. The hotel staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The swimming pool was excellent, clean, and well-maintained. Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of options. Overall, a comfortable stay with everything you need close by.

To be improved

The only issue I faced was with the room (twin room 208), which had only one plug socket. This was quite inconvenient for two people, especially when you have multiple devices to charge. It’s the first time I’ve experienced a hotel room with only a single plug point. Adding more sockets would definitely improve the overall guest experience.
