“Cons: The only problem I had is that I was not aware I could drive up to the hotel. I spent a very long time finding a parking spot So I could walk to the hotel. Upon Arrival I was told there is a parking lot we can use. My morning would have been less stressful if I was aware there was a parking lot and I could drive to the front of the hotel.”

“Enjoyed the location, services and staff very much”

The best

Breakfast was a very nice spread of food and drinks, very fresh and very tasty.

To be improved

Taxi service was very limited, had to wait on average 30mins to 1.5 hrs.

“Fine for a family holiday, but not ideal.”

The location is fantastic and the cleaning staff were great.

The apartment felt quite disjointed from the main building, not just physical distance, which we knew would be the case, but generally it felt like we were staying in different accomodation and we had the impression from the reception staff that we were lucky to be there, despite paying a lot for our room. It wasn’t particularly easy to get to the pool from where we were based, and we felt like different guests to those in the hotel (we couldn’t join the breakfast service for example on the basis we had cooking facilities which wasn’t ideal on holiday). The gym was also disappointing. For the price, I would expect at least some useable dumbbells, but they were broken and there were only limited cables and treadmill otherwise.

“Perfect location, beautiful rooms with amazing views. Two lovely pools!! · Cons: We had an issue with the manager about storing my babies milk unfortunately. Everyone else working at the hotel were super helpful and friendly during our trip!”

“Great stay in central Deia”

The best

Perfect location in Deia and the pool area was lovely. Our room was modern and much bigger than expected. The hotel has its own parking which is good as Deia looks impossible to park.

To be improved

It would probably be better to give instructions in advance for the parking, as its quite awkward. Deia is expensive, and so was this hotel, but probably the best value for money in the area.
