To be improved

We were not expected. The place was cluttered with repair work and tools. The place was absolutely filthy and smelly. The facilities were poor. The communication was appalling. If we had somewhere else to go we would have left immediately we left the following morning despite having a longer booking! I have tried contacting booking.com but no response. DO NOT BOOK HERE
