The best

I had a great stay at The Hotel Zenit, in Bilbao. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport—there's a tram and bus stop right across the street, making it simple to get around. The staff are incredibly friendly and multilingual, always ready to help with any questions. The hotel is in a quiet area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. My room was very comfortable and well-equipped, although I did notice a few small bits of dust. Breakfast was enjoyable, offering good options, though adding more hot choices would be a nice improvement. There are a few bars and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, but for more variety, heading more into the city centre is ideal. Overall, Bilbao is very walkable from the hotel, making it a great base for exploring everything the city has to offer.

“Neutral Location, not too many options for restaurants/food”
The best

Our room was clean, and we liked that we were able to open the window. Even though our room was on the street it was quiet. A few options to walk to for food/drinks but not too many and not too close. The staff was friendly and the breakfast options were good.

This is an amazing beautiful, modern hotel in a good area at a very reasonable price. It appears to be new with beautiful amenities & kind, competent staff. It’s impeccably clean and we had a nice little balcony to sit out and enjoy the view. Would recommend staying here.

Really well appointed hotel, clean spacious modern rooms, great staff and excellent breakfast!

To be improved

Parking is via a local public car park which is only a problem if you are driving and short of time. Would rate the hotel 10/10 otherwise.
