“Good value and functional”

Stayed here for three nights as a solo traveller. Initially booked a single room but it was surprised to get a double room on the end of a corridor. Room is very spacious two single beds pushed together lots of storage space clean bathroom with bath shower bidet toilet and sink. The stuff on reception are very professional. I’ve got me checked in within five minutes. I didn’t experience the food to you so can’t comment. It is very quiet at night but for trips out it is very close to the seafront and all the shop bars and restaurants. Accommodation in Tenerife isn’t the cheapest at the moment so this one can be got for about £80 a night room only but is not bad deal. If I came to this area again, I would definitely stay in this hotel.

“Good Location/ Hotel in need of refurb”

The hotel is in a good location but the hotel and rooms are a bit dated and of need of upgrade. Found staff at reception to be professional and efficient. Forgot to go up and have look at the rooftop pool .. Guess there would be a great view from up there !!!

“Great location, good hotel at a reasonable price, anyway some renovation is needed”

The best

Location: excellent, it is close to a bus stop, near the sea (you can see it from the rooms), not far from the nightlife anyway in a very quiet area. There is also a mini market very close. Staff: welcoming, friendly and multilingual Food: I had a half board formula, food had a good variety both for breakfast and dinner, anyway I would have preferred more local dishes. Quality and freshness were excellent. Room: clean and spacious, no balcony. The wi-fi had a poor signal. The TV is an old model: no smart functions (so no Netflix, no prime video etc), and the audio output is bad, strongly affected by noise and probably not even stereo. Services: billiard tables are ok, solarium is ok, sauna area needs some renovation (the door in the shower doors not kept closed, the floor is sliding, no timer is visible indicating how long the sauna will last etc etc)

“Don't not go here”

Just got back from zentral centre hotel and it's been the worse place ever stayed ,no balcony in rooms ,no bar in hotel and rooms very dirty and dated, complained at reception about the room and showed pictures of dirt and nothing done about it ,pool area on roof terrible ,this is definitely not a 4 star hotel more 2 star ,please don't waste your money and stay here.
