Good value. Favourable price to quality ratio. Breakfast is good. Comfortable and spacious rooms. The center area and the Ocean is very close. Once in the area, I would consider a second stay here.

The best

Close to a beautiful park. Good sized room. Walking distance to the city centre and Casco Viejo. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

To be improved

Shower in bath. No shower cap and no body cream. I expected that from a 4 star hotel.

“Good location, poor room, awful bathroom, decent breakfast”

I booked a superior room, which I was assured we had, if so I dread to think what a standard room is like. Nowhere to sit other than bed. Was told it was superior for the view??? Comfort is more important than view. Bathroom dangerous

Bathroom. No grab handles for support in shower, especially important as bath very slippery when wet . Nowhere to put toilet bag/toiletries without getting soaked. Bathroom overall basic, not superior. Finish around window poor and unfinished

“Modern large hotel, everything you need is there.”
The best

For the event we were attending the hotel was in a perfect location, it was a bit of a walk to the old town but manageable and actually rather nice along the prom.

To be improved

Parking bit pricey, but then I begrudge paying to park my Vespa anywhere as its so small.
