“Lovely place”

The best

Lovely staff, spotless room with great size and comfy beds. Very central and close to escalators which take you up to the old city. We parked in the car park opposite which wasn’t far away.

Complimentary water would be a good idea.

Carlos at the reception deserves a 10. Fast prompt and ready to answer any questions. Perfect service. I’ve stayed at the terrace room, and the amenities are good. View to the city is also very interesting. AC works fine and the bed is confortable and spacious. Great bathroom as well.

Reception ladies at the checkout on Sunday morning were horrible. Their service was poor forgot to print my invoice ao i had to return later , didnt ask me how the stay was and because i’ve made the reservation for 2 and paid 2 breakfasts and used the mini bar they refused to use the breakfast i paid and didnt use to pay the mini bar. That’s a poor policy from the hotel management. We as tourist can tell when you just try to extract us money. The ladies at the front desk obeyed the management perfectly and answered no in total coldness. Also breakfast staff looks like the police, coffee at the breakfast and breakfast overall does not match the good quality of the rooms so i wouldnt recommend to have breakfast at the hotel. There are much better options at the city.
