Hotel Zurbarán Palma

We had a really enjoyable stay at Hotel Zurbaran Palma and would definitely recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. The gentleman on reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful—nothing was too much trouble, and he made check-in smooth and stress-free after travelling. The location is excellent—quiet enough to relax but still within easy reach of the centre, marina, and local restaurants. It felt like a great base for exploring Palma without being right in the middle of the hustle. The rooms were lovely—clean, comfortable, and well-presented, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. You can tell the hotel is well looked after. Breakfast was also decent, with a good selection to get the day started. Not over the top, but more than enough choice and nicely done. Overall, a great experience with friendly staff, a great location, and comfortable surroundings. Would happily stay again.

Very quiet and friendly - spotlessly clean - very friendly helpful staff Nice room with large balcony in quiet residential area but very near to Marina and good walk to Old Town with cafes and bars en route

Small but great hotel very slightly out of the way but not much the hotel is very clean the staff very friendly & helpful especially abril an lucas the rooms are modern and clean with a big TV it's only breakfast hotel but don't let put you off as its brill

What an excellent little hotel, clean, comfortable, excellent beds and a delicious breakfast. This was just what we wanted. It’s outside the centre but easy to walk to. It took us about 30 minutes to the Cathedral but if you don’t fancy walking there are plenty buses. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the sea front.

What an excellent hotel . Lucas and the staff are all very attentive. . Would highly recommend it , not in the centre if Palma but very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stop here again

An average 3 star type hotel, but not my cup of tea. The bedrooms were a static nightmare with the bedding made from cheap polyester/nylon, seriously uncomfortable and impractical in the heat, plus the curtains were also a very synthetic fabric. The safe deposit box does not work as per the instructions left on it, you have to pay for a master key if you want to secure your belongings. Reception area is modern and nice, and the breakfast good if you're don't need gluten free as its mainly bread, cakes and pastries. If you ask you can get a gluten free roll, but it seems to be an incovenience as it has to be defrosted for 10 mins. My room was clean, with a decent strength shower although it flicks between hot and cold. Nice and quiet..
