“Lovely little apartment. The check in and check out instructions & directions to the apartment etc given to us made everything easy for us. The apartment was very clean. Lots of really useful things supplied; fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, washing up liquid, coffee and sugar sachets. Good location, near a couple of supermarkets and 7 minute walk from 2 metro stations. · Cons: The biggest disappointment we felt was that upon arrival we went to the local supermarket and purchased some grocery items, came back and put them in the fridge (eggs, cheese, milk etc), in the morning everything was frozen solid! The next day we turned the fridge temperature down but it made no difference unfortunately. We had a lot of noise from the apartment upstairs, until very late at night (11pm -midnight), the walls were so thin so we could hear everything. The bed and pillows werent the most comfortable, but the value we had otherwise outweighed this we felt. Although the apartment was supplied with many convenient items we felt it would have been useful to have the following; a saucepan, a wine bottle opener and a kettle. Overall we felt we got good value, the apartment was clean and convenient and despite the noise, the uncomfortable bed and problems with the fridge we might still consider staying again because of the cleanliness and the value we received.”
