“A great place to sleep and explore the city.”

Location was perfect! So many sights to see - all walking distance. Large selection of restaurants on every cobble stone side street. It suited me as a solo traveller who wanted to experience Santa Cruz City. I wasn’t wanting a balcony or outside space. Just a clean bed so I could explore and have a safe place to sleep. Hotelito Boutique met my needs. Communication was very good and building security was excellent.

To be improved

It was a bit noisy. I used my ear plugs when sleeping.

The central location, the monumental building, the interior of the room, the rooftop terrace were wonderful.

Only the bed was aweful!! The springs were making a lot of noise. Everytime someone turned around we would wake up. We would have expected a good bed in this place. This point should really be improved. We were in room 4.
