The apartment was great, super cozy. Plenty of space, and three bathrooms were a plus. A very well-equipped kitchen. A nice garage where you can keep your car. The porch was great, and you could easily access the pool from there. And speaking of the pool, it was superb. You just had like a 15-minute walk to the beach and easy access to stores, restaurants, and more.

To be improved

Some negative points were: the internet; it was easy to lose the connection to the wireless access point, but once you had a connection, it worked well. They could easily fix it with a repeater in the house so they can boost the signal. The sofa was quite worn out but still comfortable. An electric kettle would have been nice to have available.

“Lovely quiet base - but not a great location”
The best

We have just returned from a week at the Hotur. The three bedroomed house is spacious and clean and comes with airconditioning, a dishwasher and washing machine but, being in Spain, no kettle or toaster. Also, there were an amazing 17 "mini" coffee cups - espresso sized in my books and (sorry to sound so English) not big enough for a tea bag!! The site is quite hard to locate - easy to find Creixell (pronounced Cresheii) from Reus airport (head to Tarragona then join the A-7 which turns into the N-340 towards Barcelona). Unfortunately thereafter Creixell is a maze of one-way streets (google map is useful) and it took us days to figure out the best way in! The office does not hold tourist maps, which I think they could address quite easily. We went to the tourist information centre in Tarragona and found maps of the area as well as one of Creixell and of Tarragona, which helped a lot. The appartments are quite close to the N-340 which means there is quite a bit of road noise but the pool area was lovely - clean and calming and we found it easy to buy cheap wine, BBQ meat and salad at the local supermarket (either in Tarragona or just off the N-340 towards Barcelona) for our evening "chill". The main downside for us was the location - you need a car to get to the beach or to any reasonable selection of cafe/restaurant. This having been said, Creixell beach is absolutely lovely as is that a Tarragona (where there are restaurants aplenty) and we were pushed to explore a little of the area. Highly recommend Roc de Sant Gaieta as a picturesque seaside village - but busy at the weekends - presumably Spanish from Barcelona etc on a weekend break. Just a last mention for Anna in the office, who was lovely and very helpful. Overall a lovely relaxing holiday (and we were blessed with great weather) but we will probably try somewhere else next time.
