“Good location, 1 bed apartment stay was too small for 2 adults & 2 children”
The best

The location was good. Pool facilities good, indoor pool was an added bonus although very cold.

To be improved

The apartment was very small. Breakfast was fine, but i found a paper clip in the jar of walnuts at breakfast, i handed it to the girl who was greeting guests and she just took it from me, no apology or acknowledgment at all.

“Great hotel very near Playa de Palma”
The best

Great breakfast, not to crowded. Staff very polite and friendly. A lot of food to chose from. A very nice way to kick off your day. The hotel is very near to Playa de Palma. The family apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The interior pool is small, more suitable for little children, but the sauna is very nice. Exterior pool and terrace were also very nice. Solid Wi-Fi, they also offer a luggage room free of charge if you need to keep your stuff somewhere for a couple of hours on the day of the checkout.

“Nice-ish hotel but not worth what you pay.”
The best

The hotel is nice on the surface - nicely styled and has good facilities for families. Close to the beach and only a 20min walk from the aquarium. The rooms are a bit tired and in need of a lick of paint/maintenance. Our shower had a massive leak which took reception 2 days to follow up with - the first guy we dealt with didn't seem to think it was an issue. Restaurant is fine with plenty of choice, but the quality of food isnt great - a lot of overcooked meat/fish, food that is reused from the previous service and basic pasta dishes. Most of the staff were very polite and attentive, with one or two exceptions. We always stay in 4* hotels whenever we travel and I would say this one is probably the least value for money when it comes to overall experience.

“A Perfect Base for Exploring Mallorca”
The best

Wonderful stay in Mallorca! The hotel offered a comfortable and clean room, friendly and helpful staff, and excellent facilities. The location was perfect, close to the beach and local attractions. Everything from the service to the ambiance made our stay relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended!

“Perfect”
The best

Fabulous place! We were a family of 12 from 3 generations and we all loved it. It’s only a minute walk to the beach with restaurants, shops and bars for miles! Rooms are well appointed, clean with a nice balcony. We didn’t eat in the main restaurant. We frequented the snack bar which has a daily lunch menu from 12pm which was great so the kids could eat and enjoy the pool. They have a breakfast option all day with omelettes and toasties for the kids. Jose J is very professional and took great care of us every day along with Rosita (sorry for the spelling) who became great friends with my Dad John. Pool is perfect with a lifeguard on daily which gave us great comfort. Entertainment was handled by the lovely Pablo Picasso who had bingo and quiz and was DJ during our stay. The Flamenco dancing was so great to watch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning someday.
