Heres the thing - there are certain challenges with staying at apartments in Europe that North Americans may not expect. You just have to just accept as 'it is what it is'. Water pressure is one of them. If I high pressure, steamy hot shower is a priority for you, and if not having one will ruin your trip, don't stay here. For me, the pro's outweighed this con. Nighttime noise is another one. There is a restaurant downstairs, and dinner in Barcelona rocks until 1am. It is what it is. Bring noise canceling headphones if its a problem. Again, the pros outweighed this con for me. They might not for you. Choose according to your priorities.

The sofa could have been cleaner The kitchen was a bit poorly equipped (would have loved to have more spices/at least more salt, sharp knives etc.) Sometimes the noise from the bar didn't stay outside at all even though all windows were closed. It was ok, but don't expect it to be completely quiet when going to sleep.
