“Lovely stay”
The best

The house Is lovely and functional, It's exactly like what you see in the pictures. The hosts are very welcoming and warm, always available for any problem. They welcomed us with a bottle of bubbly wine. They even bought a new BBQ since the previous one stopped working. I really recomend to stay here, we really enjoyed the house.

To be improved

The temperature of the pool didn't get really hot, It was warm most of the time, probably also because of the wind during our stay. We overall enjoyed It anyway.

The best

Everything was perfect, the pool, the master bedroom, the set up, the view, the host! The place is like a dream, you have to honestly visit it in person to capture the true beauty of the property, the cleanliness is on another level every time we came back to the property it just maintains a very fresh lovely smell, the host is absolutely lovely she helped us with everything and sent cleaners for the house and pool throughout the stay, the pool is so clean I saw a pigeon drink water from the side, it was like a movie. Definitely will have to return for longer as the place was surreal. The location was perfect for us its remote and quiet but also not much further than a 15/20 min drive to wherever we wanted to go. Words can’t explain just how beautiful this place is, i must say the pool was so unique i’ve never seen a design like it before 10000/10 just perfect!

“A holiday villa that felt like a home.”
The best

We were met by the hosts on arrival who showed us around the villa and explained how everything worked. They also presented us with a bottle of Cava and some chocolates. The villa is very imaginative and unique amongst it's surroundings. A good sized heated pool, two terraced areas on different levels one in the sun and one in the shade were ideal for being outside most of the time. Inside was everything you needed with some lovely little personal touches such as coffee and cookies! We would recommend the Chef experience, it was excellent. Tip of the day, if it’s hot, put something on your feet before going outside, the artificial grass gets very hot!

“VERY Disappointed”

The property was great in terms of feel and look but finish needs attention

To be improved

All the doors and windows were left open by the cleaners before we checked in on a VERY windy day. The result was a villa absolutely covered in black volcanic dust and sand. Surfaces, floors, sofas, beds, hot tub and pool were completely covered in black sand and dust. The cleaner came the next day at 11:45am, however this was after we had to clean the entire villa before we could even unpack. The beds were covered in volcanic sand and dust and needed to be vacuumed and sheets taken off and shaken and then remade. The entire villa needed to be vacuumed and mopped and all towels shaken outside. The pool cleaner came 2 days later after having to chase and chase the owner for them to clean the pool that wasn’t usable. This meant we couldn’t use the pool for 2 full days. (Not great for the kids). Such a shame as the villa was great but to have to clean an entire villa top to bottom on arrival and then chase the owner over and over again for the pool to be cleaned isn’t what we expected. Once the pool cleaner had finished, the pool was still covered in sand on the beds and pool AFTER it had been cleaned by the cleaners!Photos below shows the level of sand and dust after the pool cleaner had been. “Fantastic house with great pool, fully equipped for any occasion.”
The best

The house itself is fantastic! Large, heated pool, quiet location yet close to highway which gets you to all the fun places. We had really appreciated how much detail the owner has put into equipping this place, starting with blackout curtains which give you awesome sleeping experience, continuing with how well the kitchen is prepared for any kind of cook. The possibility to open ceiling and look at the stars from the master bedroom at night is breathtaking.

To be improved

Honestly, nothing we would not like. One of the best experiences we had while staying in a holiday house.
