The best

- Very nice and responsive host. - Lots of space, the place is legitimately very big. - Lot's of balconies to relax. - Good location within a few minutes' walk from the sea. It's also got sea views, albeit from afar. - Decent ventilation. The windows are facing three directions, so if you open all of them, you can always create some airflow. It probably would work just fine for outside temperatures of 25-27˚C or so.

To be improved

- Train noise. The tracks are about 60 metres from the house, and you can always hear (and sometimes feel) the trains passing by. - No air conditioning. This is clearly stated in the listing, but it does mean the place becomes way too hot when the temperatures are over 30˚C. - Security cameras inside the house. We were unpleasantly surprised to discover cameras in the hallway. The owner assured us they were never active, and disconnected them physically during our stay, but that shouldn't have happened at all. - There are some ants in and around the first floor bathroom, though they didn't bother us much. - It turned out that the electric window blinds outside the living room weren't working, and they couldn't be fixed during our stay.
