We got locked out of apartment one night because the automated key system broke. We couldn't get hold of the company so we had to check into a hotel. We were only refunded the night stay in the accommodation which wasn't as much as a last minute room in a hotel, therefore I was lost money. It was incredibly stressful and I would not advise staying with this company

Dirty Washing machine gave stains on my clothes. U bought cleansing tablets and cleaned it. Dishwasher is dirty Fridge is dirty. Furniture is cheap, low quality and several are broken Trash on the floor No change of sheets or pillowcases. I stayed several weeks. Apartment bad design and execution Bed mattress is old and uncomfortable. Not suitable for two people. Had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa and in a cot with a thin mattress Only suitable for a couple of nights, not for three weeks like I stayed. Cleaning is really bad and maintenance has not been done. I fixed the kitchen floor plinth myself that came off every time I opened the dishwasher door. They promised to fix it but didn't. The cooker hood makes a loud noise but doesn't suck. The filters have never been washed. Only one garbage can in the apartment.
