This apartment was located outside the main building and other apartments. This building had no entrance door, meaning anyone could enter the floors. Inside, construction work started from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.There were a lot of stairs to the so-called first floor and there was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs with great difficulty.Overall, staying there was a disaster.

There were a few things that came together during my stay. After booking the flat, I received a lot of emails with multiple steps to complete before arrival, which can feel a bit overwhelming if you’re short on time. Also, be aware that a €200 deposit is required. Another important point: at the time of my stay, the entire building was under renovation. I believe only the three serviced flats were finished - the rest of the house was essentially a construction site. The builders were very loud, and the drilling noise was extremely intense and lasted for long periods. I tried to contact the management by phone to share my concerns but couldn’t get through. When I wrote to them, they pointed out that the construction work is mentioned on the booking.com page. If, like me, you happened to miss that important detail: it is very loud. This isn’t just light renovation with the occasional hammer tap - it’s full-on building work with heavy drilling for hours at a time. That said, once the renovation is complete (and the curtains are properly fixed!), this place could be absolutely perfect - and I truly mean that. The apartment itself is stylish, and the location is great. Right now, though, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for peace, a relaxing holiday, or a quiet place to work. It’s definitely something to keep in mind when planning your stay.

There was a lot of construction work in our apartment building and a lot of noise.Also the entrance was not very good although I think it was temporary.

The street is very noisy where the windows are facing. You must walk with your lagguage quite a lot to get your keys and than to the apartment. Bit complicated. Issues with deposit refound. House under renovation which created noise, cigarette smell right next door by workers.

On arrival no keys to pick up even tho it was a little bit after check in time had to ring booking.com to find out the cleaner was still in room. The key pick up not even on the same street as apt. Toiletries very inadequate only enough for 1 person for 1 night and had to buy toilet roll. The worst thing was building work going on in the same block as apt started at 8am with drilling banging all day. The place was a building site and unsafe walking through the corridors with tiles been hoisted up through the stairwell and walkway. I have taken photos of evidence. No cleaning products for dirty dishes and no bin bags for rubbish. I never complain about anything but would not return here.

The entire floor was under reconstruction, besides the three apartments of Sharing Co. Every time we enter or exit the apartment we have fine cement dust on our shoes and cloths. Even the fine dust is being within the apartment as well.
