The best

Very poorly equipped flat - one roll of paper for a week's stay, no washing up liquid, sponge or laundry detergent. Mould in the shower and stench from the sewage system wafting into the flat. Terribly noisy at the weekend due to the location next to the restaurant. The only windows in the walls are those that overlook other flats - so you can peep in. Being misled by a member of staff about not releasing the deposit I had paid as per their instructions and arbitrarily trying to withdraw funds from my card twice - the matter was admittedly resolved successfully, but I managed to get scared that it was a scam and blocked the card.
