“Great apartment, modern and clean!”

The property was clean, modern, had all the things you need and more, we could iron, it had a dishwasher, coffe. It’s not that close to the center, but Madrid is huge and metro station was really, really close, the store is right across the street so it doesn’t feel like its far away and you get too see some other things too! Also we were coming home quite late every night and in the neighborhood, something was always open, which is a plus! The communication on booking was great too! Overall it was an amazing stay!

“Perfect spot!”

It’s an apartment with everything you need! Seasoning, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing powder, and sponge are prepared. Specially, it has a capsule espresso coffee machine with capsule. Big refrigerator, full Kitchen Utensils! 1 minute to metro station! Near the convenience store!

You need keep voice down! You can hear sound from street, also street can hear yours.

Door unlock and open mechanism. The door open and unlock mechanism was extremely difficult to use. The application of a wheelchair sign. This was a false sign. The wheelchair sign was a misrepresentation. The bathroom was not set up for wheelchair access or use. The door mechanism was Definitely Not Set Up for wheelchair access or use

Where to start...the online check-in process was horrible. Simancas kept sending me reminder emails through Booking.com, but when they were forwarded, the link to the site I needed to go to was removed. I couldn't find a website on my own, so after several back-and-forth emails, I finally got someone at Simancas to send the email to me directly. I was able to check in, but my fiance who lives in Spain had a very difficult time doing it on the web and ended up having to call and do it over the phone. Even after the check-in process was complete, and my fiance called again to confirm that check-in was complete, I kept receiving emails telling me that the online check-in needed to be completed. I received them up to two weeks AFTER my stay! The unit is at ground-level right on the street. It was fine at night, but in the mornings, there was a lot of street noise making it difficult to sleep in. It was difficult to sleep anyway, because the mattress was awful! One reason I booked this unit was based on the reviews of the bed--lies! My partner and I tossed and turned all night--every night and woke up with pain pretty much everywhere. There were only two very, very flat pillows. It rained every day I was there, and there was no mat, so we had to take our shoes off at the door, so we didn't track water throughout the unit. The keypad to enter the code to get into the unit (instead of a key) is verry difficult to see at night, because there is no light outside. Good thing there were two of us--one could use the flashlight on their phone while the other entered the code. I only put the water on in the shower about half-way, and it accumulated in the bottom of the shower, because the drain is slow. The internet (and therefore the television) didn't work the last three days we were there.
