“The location is near the bus and metro station. It was a beautiful apartment and spacious. · Cons: There was a problem with AC and water. The thing I didn't like it was, they didn't tell the first time I contacted them. However, when my friend spoke to them in spanish they told her the problem. When a customer calls the number, you tell them to call in case of emergency, at least answer " I don't speak english", if so. Don't answer the call and just listen to the yapping of your customer. I booked the apartment because I think it's convenient for my family. But I thank the customer service Greta for patiently resolving our situation.”

To be improved

It was a terrible stay. We arrived at the place for the evening with three small children and we couldn't get in. We couldn't get any support from room owner.. Finally at 10pm we decided to find another place to sleep. Succesfully we found cheap hotel for 1 night. In the next day service person tried also open the door without succuesfull. The owner of the apartment did not accept the cost of accommodation in the hotel. We only received an offer to refund small part of the costs. In summary: we lost a lot of time for clarification, finding 2nd sleeping place and money.

Nice comfortable place. It has three bedrooms and one living room and the bath is really big
