The host didn’t contact us with up to date parking instructions or access information. The property wasn’t the apartment advertised. The place not clean. The bed not fit to sleep in. Noise from a club adjacent till 5.00 am

The best

I liked being able to do my washing and they had a drying rack for the wet clothes. They supplied some laundry detergent. The kitchen was well set up. The beds were comfortable. Jamie was able to relocate us the following day.

To be improved

A previous tenant had smoked in the room, however, the owner quickly rectified this for us when we let them know. While we loved the location in that it was close to the cathedral, below the apartment was a plaza. On the Thursday night people were still partying till 4.30am. The noise of this filtered into the apartment.
