“Chilled family holiday”
In a lovely quiet area with mainly fish restaurants nearby, a 30 min walk to the centre of Costa adeje. The hotel itself is quite run down in areas but it has a lovely Spanish interior vibe and is kept clean. Always plenty of sunbeds and the pool area was clean and pool was heated. Food was good and always plenty of choice, especially liked the morning pastries and cakes at dinner. Staff all very friendly and helpful, Amanda who did the entertainment was very engaging with everyone and always had a smile on her face. The rooms were dated and in need of a renovation, beds weren’t very comfy and kept coming apart as they were 2 twins pushed together. We also had a bad smell in the bathroom, I told reception about it twice but although it improved for a day or two after they came to sort it it soon returned. The adult only area was gorgeous and so peaceful, it was right next to our room 436 so was ideal for nipping back to the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, peaceful relaxing holiday at an affordable price.
“Fabulous 10 day holiday!”
This was our 2nd visit to this hotel. Travelling as 2 couples. Returned home on the 10th February. On arrival swift smooth check in and was greeted by Natalia on reception. Our room was side sea view on the 2nd floor with decent size balcony. The room has a separate lounge area with tv , seating , and with basic kitchen but had everything we needed. Kettle fridge etc. Room is tired decor wise. But the location is perfect for us. Lovely and quiet. Breakfast was amazing with all choices you could want. There is also an outside eating area which we sat every day (however it is a lottery with where you sit) which is lovely and overlooks the sea. We were half board. There is buffet style dining. Good selection of fresh food. Constantly being replaced and topped up. Dining staff were very friendly and polite. Felisa and Jose in particular! Short stroll to beautiful harbour (where there is amazing local restaurants ) Also short walk to rocky beach €18.00 for 2 sunbeds with parasol with waiter service for beach bar and food. Costa Adeje is about 45 minutes coastal stroll, which leads on to Las Americas and Los Cristianos where it is very lively. This is a fabulous location and good value for money and we will be booking again for next year.! We had great time !
“Location is everything!”
I booked this hotel for its location, knowing it was 3 star and having read other reviews - so I was expecting it to be a bit 'tired!' Location was perfect for us; husband could go off walking and I could stay and read - a few minutes from La Caleta and a great choice of restaurants. The hotel is spotlessly clean, staff work tirelessly to keep it so. Beds are comfortable, towels and linen are fresh and clean. The rooms themselves could do with updating, particularly the bathrooms, but are perfectly functional with good storage space. We had a lovely side sea view from our balcony. It's nice to have the little kitchen area too. The pools are also clean, a lifeguard is present. There were plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. We used the pool bar a couple of times - if you are not all inclusive and order a beer, don't expect a pint! We didn't use the Sports Bar - too noisy for us. We decided on half board - great breakfast, wide choice. Dinner can be swapped to lunch if you give 24h notice at reception, which worked well for us as we could eat out in the evening. Great salad bar and nice desserts, including an ice cream freezer. We found the main course offerings disappointing in general; a bit flavourless. Always two fish and two meat options, plus pasta and chips of course. Dining area is a little dark in the evenings. Staff replenish regularly although food not as hot as I would prefer. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. We would return, but on a bed and breakfast basis. It was a lovely, relaxing break.
“Great location and fabulous hosts”
This is the second time staying in this hotel. We came for a quiet week away from the UK winter and were not disappointed again. Slightly dated and tired decor was made up for by its cleanliness and well appointed rooms. The staff from reception to the cleaning and maintenance staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. The jewel in the crown was the adult only roof top terrace which was a quiet, welcoming and calm space to read, listen to music or just relax. The restaurant was all self service and on occasions was very busy but we always found a table. The food was varied with dishes to suit all palettes. Its location next to Adeje right on the sea front allowed you to stroll to more lively areas or just stay in Caleta and visit the bars and restaurants in the small fishing port. We will return again in the future
“Fantastic beachfront hotel in a peaceful location”
Wonderful hotel right on the beachfront in La Caleta, a peaceful and charming area of Costa Adeje. The location is excellent, just steps away from a beautiful black-sand beach, and the hotel also features a spacious and relaxing pool area. A short walk takes you to a lovely small bay filled with great restaurants, where you can enjoy delicious food accompanied by stunning sea views. The staff truly make this hotel special. Everyone—from the housekeeping team to the waiters and reception staff—is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A special mention goes to Ms. Sabine Pascale at the reception desk for her outstanding service and genuine care for guests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and generously sized, with some offering large terraces. While the décor may feel a bit classic, everything is functional, and the overall comfort ensures a pleasant stay. Overall, a fantastic hotel with an excellent location, warm hospitality, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for a peaceful seaside getaway.
“3 start hotel with delusions of grandure”
We stayed here as a family of 3 over the Christmas week we were all inclusive and Christmas meal was included, you had to book a time either 6.30 or 8.30, when we went to book there was only the later slot left, we were made to queue up in reception until the doors were finally opened 10 minutes late, it was then like a stampede as to who could get to the door first, we finally reached the door at to which point my partner was told he wasn't allowed to enter as he had shorts on, I would like to point out that at no point were we informed shorts were not allowed, his shorts were not sports shorts they were tailored shorts with a smart polo t shirt, what amused us even more was they were letting people in with tracksuits and t shirts with slogans on but we were refused, as deemed not smart, this hotel has delusions of grandure, they had a violinist playing classical music as people went into the restaurant which was accompanied by baby shark blasting out from the kids mini disco in the room next door, they are a 3 star hotel that is in need of desperate upgrade, we are glad we were refused entry because if the cold and bland food we had eaten the 2 previous days was anything to go by then we hadnt missed anything, we choose to go the restaurant next door, who had no problem with our attire and enjoyed the best steak we have ever had.
