The location was good and convenient for my travelling plans.

To be improved

I felt mis leaded. When I arrived to the building I realised it was not a hotel, but a private apartment and much to my surprise it had just one toilet for 3 rooms! The rooms were advertised independently in Booking and there was no mention of the need to share a bathroom with other people. Also when I arrived I felt walking in the hallway to reach the apartment door because there were not lights. The person who rented me that room was very rude and dismissive during our interaction when I questioned how mis leading the advertisement was. I get to the room and decided to find a different place the same night, so from 4 nights that I payed for, I didn’t stay for any. The next day I wrote to Henry (the person who communicated with me the day before) and listed the reasons I was not happy with the booking. I told him that out of respect for my side of the deal, I would pay for two nights even when I didn’t stay there and I asked him to reimburse the other two nights. He said he would have to talk to Booking and after that he ignored me completely. I am surprised of how disrespectful his behaviour was even after I mentioned that I will be a ligares to give a bad review here, as he completely ignored me. I want to raise a formal complaint and a request for my money back. I have used Booking for all my travels during the last 3 years as I consider it a business that is reliable in its offer. This is the first time I encounter this problem and I would like to have action from the Booking team to set it right, so I can recuperate my trust in your business.

“Very central and convenient stay.”

The best

The location by the {Puerta del Sol Subway is excellent . Having access to a kitchen, is very convenient. Having access to microwave and refrigerator/freezer is very convenient. This place is a very short walk to El Corte Ingles, el Museo del Jamon y la Chocolateria San Gines

To be improved

The mattress was hard. No sign of the hotel on the building, we roamed up and down the street with our luggage looking for the hotel, until we were able to contact the person in charge. The location is in a semi pedestrian zone , so in the afternoon and evenings taxis can only get you until the corner.
