“I booked this accommodation after arriving at another place and realised I had booked the wrong dates. I then found out a big event was happening in Madrid and all accommodation was either sold out or extortionate prices. I contacted the lady on reception (short blonde hair) as I was arriving late and she said she would stay until I arrived. She was very nice and friendly and sorted my room out straight away. She was fantastic. The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was nice and I had an amazing nights sleep. Great value for money. · Cons: The only downside was the location but the metro was a 15 minute walk away.”

“Good economic option for stay near Madrid”

The best

The location is very good, you have many grocery shops and places to eat and drink nearby. The parking is very useful for those coming with their own car. Your car or rental is safe in the underground parking. There's an elevator you can use to go to your room, which is very useful, especially when you have luggage with you. Most of the people at reception are very friendly and ready to help. The bed was ok to sleep in. The room could have had better lighting, but it worked out.

To be improved

The street below us was very noisy at night, unfortunately (there's a bus station that runs late into the night and starts early in the morning and a traffic light nearby). Even with the closed windows, the noise was pretty disturbing for a good night's sleep. And if there are noisy neighbors, you can hear them through the door, too. It would have been useful to have a mini fridge in the room to keep food and beverages, considering the hot weather. The room looked pretty old (especially the furniture) but somewhat cozy.
