Variety of food, delicious and pleasantly arranged. Hotel location is simply great in rapport with being close to the sea, shops and stores, and public transportation assets. Staff is also worth mentioning as being professional and friendly.

To be improved

The door to the bathroom/shower facility in the hotel room, being transparent as made of glass and noisy when closing/opening.

“The room was clean the food was good and has a perfect location (right next to the bus stop). · Cons: - the elevator is not working properly (it takes for ever to come, I would suggest requiring a room on the 1st or 2nd floor. - the "bathroom" is very strange.”

“5 days away - couple”
The best

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in July 25. The photos previously posted are accurate and the rooms are well appointed and spotlessly clean. Friendly and attentive staff in a great location. We hired a scooter from across the road, immaculate place, great scooters, and toured part of the Island. Beautiful. We got a bus too, the stop is right in front of the hotel, to Palma for the day. Great City, excellent bus trip, regular buses, although very full. The food in the hotel was lovely, a great choice for both breakfast and the evening meal. A great view from the rooftop, where there is a small pool, perfect for relaxing. I would definitely recommend the Hotel and we will look into other HSM ones in the future, if this one is anything to go by.
