Dear owners and hosts, The space was just as described and , but we had some trouble with the heating which led to an uncomfortable start of the holiday. The first impression upon arrival at the apartment was positive, but after a few minutes we as a family realized that we had arrived at the worst booked apartment in the last 15 years. The big mistake was that we did not consider the criticisms that had already been expressed in a harsh manner. Upon arrival at the location, a few minutes after 10 pm, we realized that despite 34 degrees Celsius, the air conditioning was not working, which seemed quite strange to us at first, but we quickly realized that the problems were already with the ignition of the air conditioning, which was only one of two installed in the apartment. The bathroom smelled of dampness, black liquids spilled from the siphon when taking a shower, from which there was a lot of sand. We then discovered that all the towels smelled of mold and had clearly not been washed or dried properly. We immediately reported the problem to the contact person, who promised to bring new towels. We also immediately smelled the pillows, which were dressed in washed covers, but also gave off unpleasant human odors, as if they had not been washed for months. The floor lamps in the apartment did not work, neither in the rooms nor in the common areas, the second air conditioner did not even have a remote control. There was dirt and dust in every corner. The glass ceramic hob on the stove had four heaters, only one worked and that very poorly, every time we made coffee, we tried to turn it off to prevent a fire. The double sliding doors of the wardrobe in the room could not be opened and were stuck, so we could have all our clothes in our suitcases and on the floor, there was a layer of thick dust on all the shelves. All the dishes were dirty and poorly washed, the dishwasher also smelled. When we wanted to wash the sleigh cushions, we came across the biggest disaster:

Nothing really fantastic place did a walk each day great price and nice people.

Busy street lots going on through the morning. Balcony very small and looked out over the street. Could of done with a full length mirror in the apartment for getting ready.

There was a dirty sponge at the sink. It would have been nice if there was a small plastic bag with a new sponge, cloth and some washing up luiquid (from a hygien point of view). And a coffee machine for nespresso cups would also be more convenient/easy.
