Amazing and helpful staff, very delicious and special food. Many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is very cozy and near to the beach. Clean, specious room.

Most days the buffet and food was tasty and varied, just a few days not so much. Depends on your preferences.

The best

We booked a superior triple room and got a superb studio with a huge large terrace, canopy and jacuzzi. It's been a really exceptional experience. Same is the location of the hotel, related to the beach.

“Reception staff need some extra training”

Rooms where lovely very spacious, everywhere sparkling clean staff at bar, cleaning staff, dining hall all very friendly and couldn't do enough for you .location very good

Reception staff done their job, just, not overly friendly and not helpful at all in fact no information forthcoming at all. Asked about buses, didn't know, asked about other areas to sit apart from cramped pool area, didnt tell us there was free beds at beach, didn't explain about using other hotels in the surrounding Areas or the Spa, just yes and no answers. Felt like we were annoying them by asking Lack of informationabout alinclusive facilities we never seen a snack the whole time we were there, we paid for 7 days alinclusive but only got 6 days as on our last day it finished at 12midday .
