“DONT COME TO THIS HOTEL! The worst experience of my life”

GUYS, DONT COME TO THIS HOTEL! I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent stay at the H TOP Hotel BCN was so appallingly bad that I feel it's my duty to warn others. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly rude and utterly unhelpful. Their attitude was consistently dismissive and frankly, stupid. We were met with nothing but aggression and disrespect, which set a terrible tone for the entire stay. The problems didn't stop there. During our time at the hotel, workers were allowed into our room to do painting work, leaving everything absolutely filthy! We returned to a mess, and it was completely unacceptable that this was permitted while we were guests. The nightmare continued at check-out. The staff were once again incredibly rude and aggressive. It's a genuine disgrace how they treat their guests. The level of customer service is nonexistent, and it feels as though they actively try to make your stay as unpleasant as possible. To top it all off, the facilities were just as disappointing. The breakfast offered very few options and was not good at all. Our room was tiny, and the bathroom sink was constantly clogged. It's clear that basic maintenance and guest comfort are not priorities here. I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL! Save yourself the money, the frustration, and the truly awful experience. This hotel is a complete embarrassment.

“Clean room, friendly staff”

The best

It was a very comfortable bed, good AC, the room was clean and the bathroom was clean. Cleaner came everyday. Great location , Staff were so friendly and helpful. You pay what you get for the room was not massive but was a comfortable size and wouldn’t have expected it to be any bigger as it was a cheap hotel.

“Overall bad experience, would not recommend”

First day when we checked in the floor was dirty, next day we asked to clean it and when we were back at around 4pm we found that the room wasn’t cleaned at all. We had to ask to clean and waited downstairs till all done. The walls are paper thin, you could hear literally anything from corridor and other rooms. We had a bad luck with next door room as they were very laud till 1am and I understand it’s not a fault of hotel but I went to reception at 12 to asked to make them to be a bit more quiet but they did literally nothing so I had to ask again around 1am.
