The food was amazing and the kids pool was fantastic!

The bedrooms need updating. The edge of the bath in the bathroom was rusty and the decor and beds need refreshing.

Lifts at the hotel take forever, so for customers with mobility issues it can add a good 10mins just to get from floor to floor so plan accordingly. They only have three small lifts which don’t really fit more than three people (two of you’re plus size). You book for all inclusive but this does not mean all inclusive, no information on activities, wasn’t told anything about what is and isn’t included in our all inclusive, as we found out, they only offer house drinks and specific daily cocktails which aren’t very appealing. You can upgrade to gold for €20 per night but you need to be staying for a minimum of three nights. we only stayed there for three nights and would’ve upgraded had we been told this at check in, upgrade was refused when I asked the next day as we only had two nights left. Dining is okay, buffet style which turns into a frenzy.

“It was a last minute plan, we've stayed there before. In general, it is a good hotel with plenty of facilities, pool tables, air hockey etc. · Cons: It may be because it was the start of the season but the food wasnt great for breakfast or dinner. The bed wasnt very comfortable.”

The hotel was lovely .Rooms were a great size and lovely and clean.Pool areas were very nice kids pool was a great place for little ones to play.Hotel staff were very helpful and polite

To be improved

The property is in disarray, with unclean rooms filled with hair and insects. Abandoned and misused, I suspect it’s used for other purposes.
