“If you want a relaxing spa stay away”

I came here for a last minute child free relaxation spa break before I’m due to give birth in 5 weeks and let me tell you , I did far from relax, the spa was full of under 16s and adults in their with toddlers I tried to have a swim got kicked in my pregnant stomach about 3/4 times absolutely devastating. Couldn’t walk round anywhere to the the oversized parties of teenagers staying , each night at least 3 times a large group would walk past the room I was staying and wake me up with their loud discussions shouting and laughter, and on the final night the fire alarms all went off due to them smoking in their rooms and as I tried to evacuate walking down the stairs I can only described that I was trampled on by the stampedes of teenagers.

“The female barmaid , worst attitude we have ever experienced · Cons: Attitude was terrible wouldn't give us cups with ice ????? Very rude , and next day I was on the phone to family back home , was on the balcony , she heard me talking , and gave me the worst annoying stair”

Nothing about this hotel was pleasant or true to the booking.

To be improved

The whole experience, we handed keys in after first day. Booked balcony view Rooms, got prison like rooms with a small window covered in bars. Rooms had graffiti on doors, toilets that slid across floors....avoid and save your money. Booking.com you provide no way of getting in biased help when on the holiday. The messages go directly to the hotel. We only stayed one night out of 8 and had to pay for new accommodation.

“Friendly, clean hotel”

The staff here are very friendly! Magda behind the bar looked after us all week! The rooms are clean, a little on the small side for a family of 3. Pool area very clean. Drinks on the all inclusive was good with a good selection and a cocktail of the day. We stayed here last year also and having proper air conditioning did make a big difference to last year.

Food was awful, which is a shame as this is the only thing that let the hotel down. The lights in the room didn't work other than the bathroom!
