It all started with meeting that guy who is responsible for accommodating people, being very welcoming and communicative was superb. He gave advice about neighborhood, also how to get in and out efficiently. He checked on me every while to see if i need anything. Hotel is located perfectly right in the city. Room had everything i needed. AC was super cool. Towels were fresh and clean. Room was perfectly cleaned. Shutter was amazing to make room dark since i was sleeping in the morning. I really enjoyed it.

Manager is more than professional, He is too much helpful when and whatever you want just ask him.

Guillermo was the perfect host. We asked for recommendations for restaurants, walks, taxi transfers and all was done with a perfect polite mannar.

I stayed here for 3 nights and I really loved it.The room and bathroom was super clean and tidy.Bed very comfy and the location was the best,very close to everything.But the best thing has been Guillermo,the host.Super helpful,always available if you need anything and giving so many recomendations about what to do or where to go.Amazing host.I will come back definitely!
