Pros To begin with, good location (near spectacular Sagrada), big flat (we were 5+baby) so it was definitely enough space for us. The flat is suitable for 6-7 people. Cons -no cutleries (for 5-6 people was 2 forks, 3spoons, 1 glass of wine), we wrote to the admin and the answer was - “if you don’t mind-go and buy it” -we mark the check-out 10:30-11a.m, so the cleaning lady came at 10. We had to run from the flat super quickly. -lots of neighbors” noises (dogs barking often, kids screaming and running), for us it was a dealbreaker cuz we have a baby our own, so ours couldn’t sleep properly -it’s written that they (offer soap, shampoo, shower gel), but it’s a lie. for 5 people there was one approx 10ml items. We bought ourselves and left for the future guests. Same with toilet paper -no spices (we thought that at least salt will be there. But no.

The only bad thing i can say about it is the pillows were too thin ,maybe thats just me .. all the other stuff were very good , clean and comfortable

“Horrible experience”

The location is the only good thing about this apartment.

To be improved

Prior to our arrival I had asked specific questions about some of the apt facilities. When we arrived, all the things were not as described. The stove was not working, none of the coffee machines either (the only one that was not electric, didn’t have a handle which is impossible to operate without burning your hands) When we messaged for them to fix it, it took two days and they accused us of breaking something that didn’t work in the first place. One of the bedroom didn’t have light or a fixture to plug, the shower was super tiny and the curtain was ripped on the top, unhygienic and with signs of mold.. the description of the apartment is nothing like seeing it in person. Myself and my family were very disappointed, considering the amount of money they charge. It’s better to stay at a hotel for all this $$$ which does not correspond to the quality and amenities of the place.
